For Day Twenty-One of the cocktail advent calendar, I created "Christmas Tea."
For the drink:
-4 oz black tea (Bigelow English Tea Time Black Tea)
-1 1/2 oz sweet vermouth (Carpano Antica)
-1/3 oz fresh lemon juice
-3/4 tsp honey
-1/4 oz spiced simple syrup
Steep 1 bag of black tea in 6 ounces of water. Pour four ounces into your mug. Add the remaining drink ingredients and stir to combine.
