"Comet" comes next in the advent calendar. This cocktail, while simple, has a big personality. It reminded me of watching The Santa Clause and the reindeer Comet who had the most spunk. The antler garnish tried to capture the theme.
For the drink:
-2 1/2 oz medium-bodied amaro (Amaro Praga)
-2 drops saline solution
-4 drops brown butter tincture
Garnish:
Lime peel
Glassware:
Snifter
Add the drink ingredients to a cocktail mixer with ice and stir for 20 seconds. Pour the drink through a Hawthorne strainer. Garnish.
