"Cousin Eddie in Puerto Rico" is next in the advent calendar. Christmas Vacation is a holiday staple. I always loved Cousin Eddie and the way he slurped down eggnog in moose cups. For this drink, I made a version of Puerto Rican eggnog, coquito, and "garnished" with my version of the vinyl trooper hat he wears.

For the drink:
-1 oz spiced rum (Bumbu Original)
-1/4 oz allspice liqueur (St Elizabeth)
-1 oz coconut cream
-1 oz sweet condensed milk
-1 oz evaporated milk
Glassware:
Glass Mug
Combine all the cocktail ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake for ten seconds. Pour through a Hawthorne and fine mesh strainer into your glass. Garnish with fresh nutmeg if desired.
