"Five Golden Rings" is next in the cocktail advent calendar. Taking inspiration from another Christmas song, I decided to build my drink off of the garnish I wanted to create.
For the drink:
-1 1/2 oz floral gin (Sông Cái Floral Gin)
-1/2 oz elderflower liqueur (St. Germain)
-3/4 oz lemon juice
-1/2 bar spoon orange blossom
-1/3 oz ginger simple syrup
-Seltzer
Garnish:
Lemon peel
Glassware:
Tom Collins glass
Add the drink ingredients except the seltzer to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for ten seconds. Pour through a Hawthorne and fine mesh strainer. Top with seltzer. Garnish.
