For Day Ten of the cocktail advent calendar, I created "Mint Bark." This drink reminds me of the mint white chocolate bark I used to make with my aunt as a kid during the holidays.

For the drink:
-1 1/4 mint liqueur (I used Cocalero, but you could use crème de menthe)
-1/4 crème de cacao (Tempus Fugit Crème de Cacao)
-3/4 oz simple syrup
-1 whole egg
Garnish:
Chocolate mint sprig
Glassware:
Nick and Nora
Place your Nick and Nora in the freezer. Combine the drink ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Dry shake without ice for 45 seconds. Add ice and shake for another 5-10 seconds until chilled. Pour through a Hawthorne and fine mesh strainer into your glass and garnish.
