"No Snow" is next in the advent calendar.
For the drink:
-1 1/2 oz white rum (Captain Morgan's)
-1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
-1/2 oz maple syrup
-3 oz stout (Sierra Nevada Narwhal)
Garnish:
Lemon peel
Glassware:
Tulip Glass
Combine all the cocktail ingredients except the stout in a shaker with ice and shake for ten seconds. Pour through a Hawthorne and fine mesh strainer into your glass. Top with the stout. Garnish.
