"Scarf Weather" is next for the advent calendar. It's time to brace against the cold with your favorite scarf. This cocktail will warm you up after a walk with the dogs in the cold.
For the drink:
-2 oz Amarula
-1/2 oz elderflower liqueur (St Germain)
-1/2 oz ancho chile liqueur (Ancho Reyes)
-1 dash Peychauds bitters
Garnish:
Grapefruit peel
Glassware:
Tom Collins glass
Add the drink ingredients to a cocktail mixer, add ice, and stir for 30 seconds. Pour through a Hawthorne strainer. Garnish.
