"Snow Too Soon" is the cocktail for December 5th. The first snow of the season is always amazing, but often melts quickly turning the ground into a mud pit. When this happens, I just focus on how much I loved that initial snow.

For the drink:
-1 1/2 oz bourbon (Woodford Reserve Straight Bourbon)
-1/2 oz Islay scotch (Laphroaig 10 Year)
-1/2 oz crème de cacao (Tempus Fugit)
-3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
-1/3 oz simple syrup
Garnish:
Grapefrut peel
Glassware:
Coupe glass
Add the drink ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for ten seconds. Pour through a Hawthorne and fine mesh strainer. Top with seltzer. Garnish.
