For Day Thirteen of the cocktail advent calendar, I created "Winter Harvest." It's impossible to get through the holidays without cranberries. I wanted to make a drink that featured this essential winter ingredient.

For the drink:
-1 oz Calvados (Boulard VSOP)
-3/4 oz triple sec (Cointreau)
-For more tart use 3 1/2 oz cranberry juice and less tart use 2 oz
-Top with plain seltzer
Garnish:
Grapefruit Peel
Glassware:
Tom Collins Glass
Chill your Tom Collins glass in the freezer. When ready remove your glass from the freezer and add ice, the Calvados, triple sec, and cranberry juice. Stir together and top off with seltzer.
