"Yippee Ki Yay" is next in the advent calendar. It's Die Hard night. No need for faux debate, everyone acknowledges its a Christmas movie. This drink is my Nakatomi Tower and the lemon garnish is the company logo.
For the drink:
-2 1/4 oz Japanese whiskey (Nikka Coffey Malt)
-1/2 oz ginger simple syrup
-1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
-2 dashes cherry husk bitters
Garnish:
Lemon peel
Glassware:

Combine all the cocktail ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake for ten seconds. Pour through a Hawthorne and fine mesh strainer into your glass. Garnish
