APPLE BREW

I've been wanting to incorporate more coffee into my cocktails. I already drink two tankard size mugs a day, so I need another reason to drink it. This cocktail brings fall flavors to the cold brew coffee base.

For the drink:

- 6 oz cold brew coffee

- 1 oz Calvados (Boulard VSOP)

- 1/2 oz spiced simple syrup


Glassware:

Coupe


Brew a cup of cold brew coffee using your preferred method. I prefer using my Chemex. Add 6 ounces of cold brew, the Calvados, and spiced simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice until three-quarters full and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds. Strain into your glass through a Hawthorne and fine mesh strainer.
