The fall whiskey cocktail series continues with the "Fall Blooms." This drink is anchored by the Abasolo ancestral corn whiskey and the Don Ciccio & Figli C3 Carciofo artichoke amaro. Corn and artichokes both get harvested around the start of fall and signal the change of the seasons.

For the drink:
-1 1/2 oz ancestral corn whiskey (Abasolo)
-1/3 oz artichoke amaro (Don Ciccio & Figli C3 Carciofo)
-3/4 oz semi-dry red vermouth (Bold Red Regal Rogue)
-1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
-1/3 oz simple syrup
Glassware:
Diamond glass
Add the drink ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Pour through a Hawthorne and fine mesh strainer. Garnish.
