For the drink:
-2 oz rye whiskey (Stauning)
-1/2 oz allspice dram (St. Elizabeth)
-2 dashes orange bitters
-2 dashes Angostura bitters
-4 oz seltzer
Garnish:
Grapefruit peel
Cinnamon sticks

Add your ice to the glass. Add the drink ingredients to the glass. Stir several times. Garnish.
