These rare vintage Richard Jolley martini glasses deserved a unique drink. "Bitter Tr-Optics" melds Caribbean fruits with gin and Campari that plays like tropical house music on the taste buds. For the drink:
-2 oz gin (Inverroche Verdant Gin)
-1/3 oz Campari
-1/2 oz velvet falernum
-1 oz passion fruit, orange, guava nectar
-1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
-1/2 oz simple syrup
-Egg White
Glassware:
Martini glass
Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake without ice for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake for 20 seconds. Pour into your glass through a Hawthorne and fine mesh strainer.
