Here is my interpretation of the signature challenge from episode 3 of GBBO's 11th season: Irish soda bread. I thought of several different ways, with a few putting a twist on a classic whiskey highball that would use an Irish whiskey and club soda to directly capture the "Irish" and "Soda" parts of the name. Instead, I broadened my interpretation and used Guinness as the foundation to incorporate an Irish element with the beer's carbonation representing the soda. I opted for a dessert soda bread, so I used blood orange and chocolate flavors.

For the drink:
-5 oz Guinness Draught
-1/2 oz blood orange liqueur (Solerno)
-1/2 oz creme de cacao (Tempus Fugit Creme de Cacao)
"Garnish":
Irish soda bread (I used the recipe from Paul Hollywood's Bread)
Glassware:
Fizz
Pour the blood orange liqueur, creme de cacao, and cold Guinness into cocktail mixer. Don't add ice. Stir gently for 3-5 seconds to incorporate. Pour into your glass and enjoy.
