For the drink:
-1 oz dark rum (Myers's)
-1 oz rhum agricole (Rhum J.M. XO)
-1 oz black raspberry liqueur (Black Raspberry Chambord)
-1/3 oz amaretto (Caffo Amaretto)
-2 oz heavy cream
-2 oz whole milk
Garnish:
Blackberries
Glassware:
Glass mug
Combine the dark rum, rhum agricole, black raspberry liqueur, and amaretto in a glass mug. Add the heavy cream and milk to a frothing pitcher. Using the steam wand on your espresso machine froth the milk and cream mixture. Pour the milk/cream mixture into the mug with the liquor and garnish.
