NON-ELIMINATION TOAST

For my second Bachelor/Bachelorette themed cocktail, I created the "Non-Elimination Toast." I wanted to create champagne based cocktail to celebrate making it through a Rose Ceremony. Insert your cliche toast here.

For the drink:

-1 oz elderflower liqueur (St Germain)

-1/4 oz amaretto (Caffo)

-3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

-10 mint leaves

-2 oz prosecco (La Marca)


Garnish:

Mint sprig


Glassware:

Fizz glass


Add the amaretto and mint leaves to a cocktail shaker. Muddle for 5-10 seconds. Add the lemon juice and elderflower liqueur and fill three-quarters of the way with ice. Shake for 5-10 seconds until chilled. Pour through a Hawthorne and fine mesh strainer into your fizz glass with a large clear ice cube. Top with prosecco. Garnish and toast!
