2 oz Träkál

4 oz apple cider


Garnish:

Cinnamon stick

Lemon thyme sprig


Glassware:

Mug


Warm your apple cider to the desired temperature. Pour into your mug. Add the Träkál and stir with the cinnamon stick


Thanks to Russell Schindler for this fantastic fall drink. Träkál is an apple/pear brandy with a flavor profile unlike anything I've ever tried. It's produced in Chile in Patagonia and really worth getting if you can find it.
