After another insane week of Bachelor comes another cocktail. The hint of rose in this drink comes from Rooh Afza, a concentrated syrup normally added to milk or water. This flavoring was first created in 1906 in Northern India and perfectly complements the amaretto and raspberry liqueur.

For the drink:
-1 oz amaretto (Fratelli D'Italia Caffo Amaretto)
-1/3 oz black raspberry liqueur (Black Raspberry Chambord
-1/3 oz Rooh Afza
-3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
-Egg white from one egg
-1 1/2 oz heavy cream
-Cold seltzer water
Glassware:
Tom Collins glass
Combine the amaretto, black raspberry liqueur, Rooh Afza, lemon juice, and egg white to a cocktail shaker and shake without ice for 1 minute. Add the heavy cream and ice until three-quarters full. Shake for 20 seconds. Pour through a Hawthorne and fine mesh strainer into your Tom Collins glass. Let stand for 2 minutes, the foam will begin to separate. Top with cold seltzer water.
