Saline solution is an excellent addition to many cocktails. Instead of making it salty, a drop or two can brighten and enhance the flavors in a drink.

-80 g water
-20 g kosher salt
-Mix the water and salt until dissolved.
-Store in a dropper bottle for ease of use or a small mason jar.
