The end of a tiki summer calls for "Summer's Final Flame." With summer bonfires and barbecues coming to a close, a celebration is in order. This drink celebrates the fresh fruit of summer and warm temperatures with a muddled jalapeño.

For the drink:
-2 oz rum (Equiano Original)
-1/2 oz allspice liqueur
-1/2 oz Campari
-1 1/2 oz passion fruit, orange, guava nectar
-1 oz fresh watermelon juice
-1 oz fresh lime juice
-1/2 oz cane syrup
-1 jalapeño cross-section
Garnish:
Sugar cane
Lime
Glassware:
Tiki mug
Add the jalapeño cross-section and rum to a cocktail shaker and muddle. Combine the rest of the cocktail ingredients and add ice. Shake for 10 seconds. Pour through a Hawthorne and fine mesh strainer. Garnish.
