"Sunstroke" combines a unique blend of flavors, but leaves you wondering what was in that drink. The spice of the chile, peppery tang of the cilantro, citrus of the lime, and earthy sweetness of the macadamia nut orgeat formulate a drink that touches all parts of the palate.

For the drink:
-2 oz gold rum (Plantation Fiji rum)
-1/2 oz ancho chile liqueur (Ancho Reyes)
-1 oz mango juice
-3/4 oz fresh lime juice
-1/2 oz macadamia nut orgeat
-5 cilantro leave
Garnish:
Cocktail cherries
Orange peel
Glassware:
Wino sipper
Add the rum and cilantro to a cocktail shaker. Muddle for 5 to 10 seconds. Combine the remaining cocktail ingredients and add ice. Shake for 10 seconds. Pour through a Hawthorne and fine mesh strainer into your glass. Add the garnish.
