THE TAMBO

This recipe came from my interest in using my new sweet tamarind simple syrup.



For the drink:

- 1 1/2 oz Wigle Pennsylvania Straight Bourbon

- 1 1/2 oz Grapefruit juice

- 1 oz Espolon blanco tequila

- 1 oz Sweet tamarind simple syrup


For the garnish:

- Grapefruit peel


Pour all of the drink ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Fill about halfway with ice cubes and shake until chilled. Pour through a Hawthorne and small mesh strainer into your glass. Garnish.
