Pretty soon on this season of the Bachelor, a Two-on-One date will occur to get to the bottom of some drama. So, I made this slightly spicy and sweet cocktail to replicate the experience. To lean into the theme even harder, I made the ratio of chili-cinnamon infused tequila to sweet vermouth two to one.
For the drink:
-2 oz infused tequila (Chile-Cinnamon Infused Cazadores)
-1 oz sweet vermouth (Carpano Antica)
-1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
-1/2 oz fresh lime juice
-1/4 oz honey simple syrup
Garnish:
Lemon peel
Lime peel
Glassware:
Sipping Snifter
Combine the drink ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill three-quarters full with ice. Shake until chilled, 5-10 seconds. Pour through a Hawthorne and fine mesh strainer and garnish.
